Strawberry
Glaze

1 quart
strawberries
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup cold water
1 baked pie shell |

Mix sugar,
cornstarch and water in a
saucepan until smooth. Cook
until thick and clear. Stir in 1
cup cut-up strawberries and
cool, then stir in remaining
whole berries. Put into pie
shell, refrigerate and serve.
Retains that fresh, strawberry
flavor! |
